Power Lab Sessions
We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are pre-booked but walk-in customers may be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis when slots are available.
Mondays & Fridays
12pm – 1:30pm
Heavy gear, low cadence interval workouts to build leg strength and prepare you for those training days and races when climbs are on the menu. Turn climbing into your strength with these workouts that range from 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Tuesdays & Thursdays
5:30pm – 7:00pm
Fast, frantic and furious. That's the pace you'll be going at in these workouts. We keep you on your toes with high tempo efforts, multiple attacks, counter-attacks and surges. Perfect combination to improve your threshold and speed on the bike.
12pm – 1:30pm
2pm – 4pm
Long steady efforts at Zone 2 with the occasional push into Zone 3 to develop a strong aerobic engine. Fear long rides no more!
Every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month
1pm – 2pm
Proper power-based training starts with knowing your own Functional Threshold of Power or FTP. This is the basis for all workout efforts in The Tri Temple Power Lab. Set an appointment today to know your own FTP.
Brick Sessions (Bike + Run)
It's a weekday, you need to squeeze in a brick session but you can't travel to your usual training grounds down south or up north. We hear you. Drop by and do your brick in our indoor labs. You can even do your SBR if you need to, inquire about our Swim Lab + Power Lab workouts.
Monday - Saturday
Train with purpose with your own training program, developed by Coach Raoul Floresca, Tri Temple's Certified Body Geometry Fit Specialist and Certified TRAP/ITU Level 1 Triathlon Coach.
